LMR Intermediate Basketball
On Wednesday 21st October our Intermediate Basketball students for girls and boys attended Red Energy Arena in Bendigo for the LMR Championships.
The girls put up an amazing fight with only 5 players and no rotations losing a close game to CMC before beating both St Arnaud College and St Joseph's Echuca before losing to Victory Christian College - better players were Evie and Alexis.
The boys also managed to win 2 out of their 4 games with a massive win against Victory Christian College in the last match! Better players were Sam and Haani.
This wraps up sport for St Mary Mackillop in 2026 - a massive thank you to all the students participating, all the staff who have coached and the maintenance staff for all their time providing transport! Let's hope Mackillop finally brings home a blue ribbon next year!
