Respectful, Responsible and Exceptional
At Moriac Primary School, we provide a range of additional engagement opportunities to support our students to thrive both academically and personally.
Our Social Groups program is an example of how we extend learning beyond the classroom in positive and practical ways and has now commenced for the 2026 school year.
The below link, is an overview of our Social Groups program. Throughout the year, many students will participate as part of our regular approach to supporting health and wellbeing. Just as we provide small-group opportunities to strengthen learning in literacy and numeracy, we also offer small-group experiences to further support key components of our Health and Wellbeing curriculum.

Harmony Week is a time to celebrate Australia’s cultural diversity and promote inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone. At Moriac Primary School, we will be celebrating Harmony Week on Friday 20th March. Students are invited to wear a splash of orange, the colour that represents harmony and respect. Throughout the day, students will participate in a range of classroom activities designed to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion, helping us recognise that everyone belongs and contributes to our wonderful school community. 🧡
