An Extraordinary Representation

On 6 September, the Southern Football League (SFL) played its first and second semi-finals. The Statewide League was terminated at the end of 2024 and football has reverted to regional football with six teams in the southern region – Brighton, Clarence, Glenorchy, Kingborough, Lauderdale and North Hobart. Of the four teams listed to contest the finals, 32 players out of a possible 88 were former or current students of the College, i.e. 36%  - with  Clarence (9), Glenorchy (10), Lauderdale (7) and North Hobart (6).

Numbered amongst the Lauderdale component were brothers -  Campbell, Riley and Fletcher Hooker
