Open Parachute - How to Support Your Child at School
Open Parachute is an online platform that we are using as a school to dig deeper into student well-being. In class students view videos of age appropriate challenges faced by students, and are then provided with proven strategies by clinical psychologist Dr Hayley Watson. This creates proactive positive mental health, and comes from research designed to reduce incidents of a range of mental health challenges, potential conflict and bullying.
