FIRST AID at SJV

At St John Vianney's each staff member is First Aid Trained.

If your child enters the First Aid room..

• You will receive a First Aid Form via Operoo.   By default, this is also sent to your email that is in Operoo.
• Parents will only receive a phone call if their child has received a knock from the shoulders up &/or if the incident is judged to be serious.  We remind parents to LISTEN TO THEIR VOICEMAIL as a voicemail will always be left if we can't get a hold of you.
• All staff have the authority to ring an ambulance should it be judged to be serious, without your consent. 
• A reminder to all parents that medicines MUST be handed into the office and the medical authorisation  forms completed. Medication cannot be left in your child's bag and administered by your child.
• It is the duty of the parents to inform the school of any medical conditions or changes in  your child's medical conditions via admin@sjvmulgrave.catholic.edu.au AND Operoo.
