2026 House Athletics Carnival 

Last week's Grade 3-6 Athletics Carnival was a fantastic day for our school! It was wonderful to see so many students actively participating across a wide range of events, demonstrating both skill and enthusiasm throughout the day.

Students competed in a variety of field events, including high jump, discus, shot put, triple jump, and long jump. Each event showcased the students’ growing abilities, with many achieving personal bests and encouraging one another to give their best effort. On the track, the excitement continued with the 100m, 200m and 800m races, where students showed impressive speed and endurance.

What stood out most on the day was the outstanding sportsmanship displayed by all students. Whether cheering on their peers, congratulating competitors, or showing resilience in the face of challenges, our students demonstrated respect, teamwork, and a positive attitude that made the event truly special.

A big thank you goes to all staff and parent helpers who contributed their time and effort to ensure the smooth running of the carnival. Your support and organisation played a vital role in making the day such a success.

Congratulations to all students for their participation and for representing their houses with pride. An especially big pat on the back to all members of Hollows House whose overall score won them the day. Well done Hollows!
