你 好 (ni hao)

This week has been a lot of fun in the Senior School! Students in 3/4 have been planning and drafting their own mystery narrative after engaging in our class text, "The Sugarcane Kids and the Red Bottomed Boat". Students have been able to explore how we can use language to create mystery, such as "the wind howled" or "the door creaked". This will set us up for success next week when we complete cold writes in our classes.

We are finishing up our unit on Fractions this week. Students will review their "all about fractions" task from the beginning of the unit to update all they have learnt. Next week we will be moving into multiplication and division. This is a great opportunity to practice with your children at home - can they answer times tables questions? How about letting them quiz you?
