Junior School

你 好 (ni hao) Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 families,

To support our Guided Inquiry units, students across the Junior school attended an incursion run by St. John Victoria. During this incursion, students learned;

about the role of 000 in the event of an emergency.

that they are all first aid attendants when they help a friend of family member when they are hurt. the beginnings of DRSABCD focusing on the acronyms;

D is for Danger

R is for Resposnse

S is send for help

Our instructor Char was very helpful is guiding us through these important topics and we thank the St. John’s First Aid for providing us with this incursion. Char also told us the importance of knowing our address in case of an emergency at home. So if your child comes home asking, ‘what's my address?’… this will be why!
