Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations

Families are reminded that a full term's written notice is required to avoid fees for student withdrawal from the College or a change from Boarder to Day Student status.

Notice must be provided in writing to the Principal via email to principal@clayfield.qld.edu.au and enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au. Failure to provide the required notice may result in fees being charged.

Notice must be received by the first day of Term 4 where changes are proposed from Term 1 in the following year.

Please refer to the applicable Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations for more information on the required notice period. Parents/caregivers are reminded to review our College Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations on a regular basis.

Message from the Uniform Shop

We are pleased to advise families that the following items are now back in stock:

• Girls' peplum blouses
• Swimming bags
• Girls' swim togs and rash shirts
• Boys' jammers and rash shirts

• Goggles in a wide range of colours

   

Please note that the Uniform Shop will be closed during the school holidays. We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on Tuesday 6 October from 8:00am.

Part Time Uniform Shop Assistant Role Available

Details of the role

• Assist the Uniform Shop Manager in the general day to day operation of the shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and information and advice on uniform sizing and requirements.
• Operate the IdealPOS and online System.
• Be comfortable with email and phone communication with customers.
• Have good computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Serve and assist customers.
• Restock shelves.
• Liaise with all levels of school staff when required.
• Complete Stock-takes and monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
• Be well presented.
• Be Reliable and enthusiastic.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Have prior retail experience.
• Hold a current Blue Card or willingness to obtain.

Hours: Part-time

Three hours daily, nine (9) hours per week with occasional extra hours as required. Additional hours are also required at the end of the beginning and end of the school year, and the first day of each school term throughout the year.

• Tuesday 8:00am to 11:00am
• Wednesday 12:00pm to 3:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am to 11:00am
