Year 7 Update

It has been a positive and busy start to the year for our Year 7 students as they continue to settle into secondary school life. The Welcome Breakfast was a wonderful way to begin the year, providing students with the opportunity to connect with peers and staff in a relaxed and welcoming environment. This was followed by our Step-Up Program, which supported students in building confidence, establishing routines, and developing a sense of belonging within the College.

We were pleased to see strong parent and carer engagement at Meet the Teacher, strengthening the partnership between home and school as we work together to support student learning and wellbeing. School photos have now been completed, marking another milestone in the Year 7 journey.

Looking ahead, students can look forward to the Swimming Carnival on Tuesday, 9 March, a great opportunity to build house spirit and community connection. We are also busy preparing for Year 7 Camp, taking place from Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 March, which will be a valuable experience in developing independence, resilience and friendships.
