Senior School

你 好 (ni hao)
We are really excited to welcome our Year 3/4 and 5/6 students and families back to school for the start of Term 2. We hope everyone had a relaxing break and is feeling refreshed and ready for another great term of learning ahead.
The classrooms have already been buzzing with energy as students reconnect with friends, re-establish routines, and continue building positive learning relationships. Our senior students are particularly excited to begin reading their new class novels, dive into their new Guided Inquiry topics, and prepare for the upcoming winter sports season.
As the weather begins to cool, please ensure students come to school dressed appropriately for the conditions, including a warm jacket. It’s also important that they continue to bring a water bottle each day to stay hydrated.
Students in ¾ are beginning an exciting Guided Inquiry unit where students will be designing and building small rafts, and we would greatly appreciate your support. If you have any clean recyclable materials at home (such as plastic bottles, containers, or packaging), we would love for you to send them in for students to use in their creations. Please ensure that any items have not been used for nuts or eggs due to allergy considerations. Thank you for helping support this hands-on learning experience!
We are really looking forward to an engaging term filled with learning, growth, and plenty of positive moments. Thank you for your ongoing support.
