Fathers & Friends Breakfast
We had a fantastic turn out at our Fathers & Friends Breakfast to celebrate Fathers Day. We were serving Egg & Bacon rolls in our beautiful Centenary Gardens and it was great to see so many of community in attendance. See our school Facebook page for some photos from the day.
RU OK Day!
On Thursday 12th September, our students acknowledged 'RU OK Day' with classroom activities focused on how to help others if they are feeling flat. This equips us with skills to be a supportive friend and all students decorated a badge, medal or crown labelled 'listening legend'. As the colour of 'RU OK Day' is yellow, all students enjoyed a yellow themed snack to share with their classmates. It was another super successful day centered around the wellbeing of our students as this is important to our school culture.
OPS HAS TALENT
As the title suggests, OPS certainly does have talent! Our SRC did a fantastic job hosting our first round of performances on Thursday 5th September.
We witnessed so many fantastic talents and our judging panel made the final decision on which acts progress to our final show at St.Margarets on Thursday 19th September. See compass for more details as well as confirming your attendance - we would love to see as many members of our community there!
