Last week, Mr Fred Fabila, who served as college vice-captain in 1980, contacted the College requesting a photo in front of the new College Captains and Vice-Captains Honour Board, holding the McDonald Cup, which he won as the senior athletics champion that year.
During his visit, Mr Fabila spoke with Br Michael Haynes in the Gildas Centre about his time here at Saints and mentioned that he had recently caught up with Brothers Barry Lamb and Peter Rodney, both former staff members at St Augustine’s and St Joseph’s, Hunter Hill.
