SUN SMART
Mill Park Heights Primary School is a SunSmart School. Please ensure your child has their school hat with them every day up until the end of April. Please check that their hat is clearly labelled with their name.
NO HAT, NO PLAY!
If you wish your child to apply sunscreen it must be brought from home and kept in their school bag. A reminder bell will ring each day at 10:43am to remind your child to apply their sunscreen.
INSURANCE
Parents/carers of students, who do not have student accident insurance, are responsible for paying the cost of medical treatment for injured students, including the cost of ambulance attendance or transport as well as any other transport costs.
Parents/carers can purchase insurance policies from commercial insurers.
It is important to note that the Department does not hold insurance for personal property brought to school and it has no capacity to pay for any loss or damage to such property.
