Swimming Carnival – Tuesday 17th of March

Please be aware that the whole school swimming carnival is now going ahead on Tuesday the 17th of March. All details for the carnival remain the same. Please see the post on Compass newsfeed for more information about the format of the day. Any consent given for the old date will carry over to the new date, so does not need to be provided again!

Interschool sporting success!

Division swimming

On Monday March 2nd, 33 Highvale students represented the college at the Division Swimming competition, held at Oakleigh pool. Despite the compromised lead up, Highvale had several successful swimmers on the day. Rachel S, Tao He, Shaya E and Riya S all won individual events. The Under 13 boys relay team, and the Under 15 girls relay team both won gold! In addition Shaya and Tao were crowned as the champion swimmers for their age group. Well done on the fantastic achievement! These students will now go on to compete at Eastern Region swimming, on March 30th at Aquanation in Ringwood

Volleyball and Cricket

Highvale continues its dominance of interschool Volleyball with both the intermediate and senior boys A teams winning their Division competitions against their Waverley opponents in Glen Waverley SC, Mount Waverley SC and Vermont SC.

The year 7 girls cricket team also dominated proceedings at Lum Reserve, to win their matches by comfortable margins.
