Lawn Bowls- week 2!

On Tuesday Nov 11th, we headed back to the Bridgewater Bowls Club (this time with Megan in tow) for our second session. It was another spectacular day of bowling, but the weather was a bit wild and windy- lucky we took jumpers and jackets! 

We have been able to further develop and hone our bowling skills and get a better understanding of how the bias on the bowling balls works- it can be very tricky! We even learned how to bowl a 'backhand' shot. 

Thanks again to George and Ian for their patience, skills and expertise and Megan for coming along too. We look forward to our final 'roll' on Nov 18th.
