Year 10 Formal Dinner

On Friday 7 November, the annual Year 10 Formal dinner was held at the Karralyka Centre, Ringwood East. This creates the opportunity to celebrate the coming conclusion of what has been a busy and productive school year. The students enjoyed taking photos with friends as well as using the professional photographers on site.  The menu was delicious, and we were ably led through the event by the emcees Finn D (10.4) and Scarlett W (10.4).  We were blown away by the talent of some of the cohort, with six entertaining and skilled musical performances.

As is our tradition, the evening concluded with the students participating in three separate ballroom dances that they had practised over several weeks with their instructors. I hope that the students are able to hold many fond memories of this event and the year as a whole.  As they now complete their examinations and early preparations for next year, I pray that they are focused and find success in their academic schooling before enjoying a well-deserved summer break.
