Farmers Day Recap

Our Clayfield campus turned a little country as Gibson House rallied the community for their annual Farm Angels Fundraiser.

From gluten-free shortbread to triple chocolate brownies and cheesecake, the Gibson House Bake Sale for Farmer's Day was a wonderful success! It was fantastic to see so many people getting involved, purchasing baked goods and coming together to support Aussie farmers and their families. We raised and donated a grand total of $673.00, which will provide essential assistance to farmers and their families facing hardship.

It was also wonderful to see everyone embracing the spirit of the day by dressing up as farmers. The flannels, hats, boots and country-inspired outfits helped create a fun atmosphere while reminding everyone of the important cause behind the fundraiser. Thank you for helping Gibson House make Farmers Day such a memorable and meaningful event!

Students and staff embraced the spirit of the day by dressing up and purchasing delicious baked treats to raise awareness and funds to support Aussie farming families and their communities.

Thank you to everyone who baked, donated and got involved! The variety of delicious treats made the bake sale extra special, and the support from the Clayfield College community was greatly appreciated. Every contribution will help Farm Angels continue to make a meaningful impact and provide support where it is most needed.
