Uniform Shop

We would like to wish you all a safe holiday and remind you all that we will be closed for the June/July Holidays. For your convenience, we will re-open on Monday 13th July from 8am to 2pm. 

You can collect any Online orders done over the holidays from 10am on this day also.

Student Leave

Short-Term Absences

Short-term absences, such as when your child is unwell, should be reported before 8.20am on the day your child is absent. Other known short-term absences, such as appointments, can be logged ahead of the planned date, whenever possible. Parents are asked to submit short-term Student Absence Notifications via the College App or the College Website, see Parent Guide below.

Extended Leave Application Form

For planned absences of three (3) school days or more, please complete the Extended Leave Application Form below and email it to absences@clayfield.qld.edu.au. In the subject line, please include your child's full name and class (eg. Year 1A)
