Library 

We have had a wonderful start to the year in the Library with many exciting events, programs and displays! Some highlights have included:

• A fantastic ‘Blind date with a book’ display for Library Lovers Day, with students having the opportunity to unwrap a surprise book 
• Year 7 students learning to search for and reserve books on our Library catalogue
• Students loving the Makerspace, particularly the 3D pens 
• A ‘Selfie with a Shelfie’ display, which involved guessing which book shelf belonged to which staff member (which we unfortunately forgot to take a photo of!)
• Celebrating International Women’s Day by showcasing books which feature ‘Fierce Females’, including both fictional characters and phenomenal real people
• The first staff book club meeting 

• The beginning of the Library Leaders program with 25 keen students signing up
