CAPA Showcase

On Tuesday 26th November we held our annual CAPA Showcase night. This is a night where we celebrate the incredible talent from our wonderful CAPA students, across Visual Arts, Visual Design, Photography, Music, Drama and Japanese.

The remarkable ability from our students across all of these areas made the night a memorable one.

We saw musical performances from our rock band and vocal group, as well as drama performances from our CAPA club. There was also the opportunity to look at all of the artworks that have been created throughout the year, from HSC major works, to ceramic works, videos and photographic masterpieces, and even incredibly large bugs.

We had a wonderful turn out on the night and want to thank those in our community who supported our students. We also want to thank the students for their efforts both in the lead up to the night, and on the night itself. Finally, we want to acknowledge the efforts and time that our tech crew put into setting up, running the night, and packing everything down.

Thank you for a fabulous showcase!

A special shout out goes to the talented Braiden Querci and Jude McBride who performed at The Oaks School Fete on Friday 15th November. They did a fabulous job representing our school.

On 6th November, our CAPA students had an incredible day at Hamilton! Along with support from Ms. Savignano and Mr. Moore, they watched the iconic show and participated in a Q&A with the cast and crew afterward!

What an amazing experience!
