Holiday Activities

We’re excited to share that CYA (Choose Your Adventure) is back this April with two great holiday activities for young people aged 15 to 25 across Knox, Maroondah and the Yarra Ranges.

CYA is a free, fully supervised holiday program run by the Youth and Family Counselling team. We partner with young people to co-create activities in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment led by qualified staff.

Upcoming events include:

Rafting in Ringwood on April 9 -

 SIEV Memorial in Canberra

I ’m writing to let you know that the pole (Number 26) donated by your community still stands proudly as a testament of the compassion of your members and as a reminder to us all of the lives lost in the tragedy.

Perhaps you might like to mention it in your newsletter if you have one and assure any members of your school community who may visit Yarralumla that they would be very  welcome to visit the memorial at any time. It’s located in a lovely park area and would be a pleasant place to picnic or just walk around and contemplate.
