Music Update

Interesting music fact:  Making music requires an individual to engage multiple cognitive systems and to direct attention to the sounds that are heard, produced and manipulated (Kraus et all 2015)

Year 12 Music Soiree

Bring along a picnic dinner and come and support the VCE Music Performance students as they prepare to perform for their final performance exam.

Students will be performing their entire repertoire of music, in preparation for their October performance exam.

Doors open at 5.30pm with the soiree beginning at 6pm sharp. It is anticipated the event will run until approximately 8pm.

Mama Mia Band

Congratulations to the Emily Lenne, Connor Aiton, Cayden McClelland, Gus Morrison, Josh Irving and Daniel Nurse who performed in the band for the production of Mama Mia. The music sounded fantatisc and you all worked incredibly hard to learn professional level parts. Special congratulations go to Josh Irving who was named as most outstanding band member and a big thank you to Mr Chiodo for being the Musical Director this year.
