Parents Association 2026 AGM and Genral Meeting
The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Mazenod College Parents Association (PA) will be held at 6:30pm on Tuesday 15 September 2026 in the College Boardroom.
The AGM will be followed by a General Meeting of the PA.
At the AGM, all positions on the Executive Committee — President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary — will be declared vacant and the Chair will call for nominations or re-nominations.
The PA is about much more than meetings and committee positions. Being part of the Mazenod community is an opportunity for parents and guardians to play an active role in supporting the College and, most importantly, our students.
The PA provides an important connection between parents, the College and the wider Mazenod community. Through the involvement and support of parents, the PA helps contribute funds towards initiatives and resources that directly benefit our students and enhance their experience at Mazenod.
Being involved also gives parents a voice in how the PA operates and how funds are allocated to support our students. Every contribution, whether it is serving on the committee, helping at an event, volunteering your time or simply attending a meeting, helps strengthen our community.
You don't need to join the Executive Committee to get involved. Mazenod Helping Hands is always looking for parents and guardians who are willing to lend a hand, volunteer at events and be part of the Mazenod community.
