Visual Arts Captains Expression of Interest

Applications due Monday 9th February 

• Are you passionate about creativity, design, and innovation? 

• Do you want to take on a leadership role that celebrates and promotes the Visual Arts in our school community?

We are now looking for expressions of interest for enthusiastic and dedicated students to take on the role of Visual Arts Captains! 

This is a wonderful opportunity to advocate for the Arts at Wantirna College. As Captains, you will work closely with teachers and peers to develop engaging projects, exciting new initiatives, help manage displays and inspire students to explore their artistic potential. You’ll also play a key role in preparing for the Visual Arts and Technology showcase, an annual event where we highlight and present work from of our VCE students.

 HOW TO APPLY

1. Read and Print the Written Application document carefully - Available in the Events and Activities channel on Teams.

2. Complete and submit the Written Application by Monday 9th February at 9am. 

    

You will have to:

• Read through the application document

• Respond to 4 questions

• Include 2 teacher references

• Submit 2 copies of your application to Mr Pollock (POL) or Ms Flandez (FLA) in the B Block office by Monday 9th February at 9am. 

   

Successful applicants will be invited to a Formal Interview with a selection panel in Week 3. If you have any questions, please message me on Teams, email me, or visit me in my office.
