On Wednesday 13 May, a number of our students performed in the NEVR Youth Concert Legends and Lore. This annual event involves over 600 student musicians from across the North-Eastern Victoria Region performing to an audience of 2,000 at Hamer Hall.

We are incredibly proud to have had students perform in the Secondary Choir, Concert Band and Symphonic Band.

Well done to Madeleine Bain, Ava Davarkhah, Freya Green, Callum Eade, Caitlyn White, Oliver Bain, Isla Canning, Oliver Green, Emma Hade, Tahlia Hickey, Violet Lardner, Hue Martin-Webb and York Newell.

🎺 Concert Band Workshops

Our large concert bands – Rookie Band, LHS Band and Funk Empire – all participated in intensive workshops with Mrs Morrow and Mr Winter in preparation forMid-year Melodies.

This is our major mid-year concert, where our larger bands and ensembles showcase their Semester 1 repertoire.

We look forward to seeing these bands, along with Choir, Percussion Ensemble, Junior Guitar Ensemble and Senior Guitar Ensemble, perform on Thursday 25 June in the PAC Theatre.
