An Eventful Week at TeamKids!

It’s been a busy and exciting week at OSHC! We celebrated Watermelon Day by creating colourful paper watermelons and learning about the watermelon life cycle. We also celebrated National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day by beginning our beautiful mosaic mural. The children enjoyed getting creative with colours and working together to create artwork that we can proudly display on our OSHC wall

PFD Fun!!

Our Pupil Free Day was packed with fun! We made the most of the sunshine with plenty of outdoor play, games and time with friends. The children also enjoyed a delicious pancake breakfast before getting busy in Cooking Club, where we baked banana and chocolate muffins. There were plenty of smiles, tasty treats and lots of fun throughout the day!

Friendship Day Rainbow Party

We celebrated Friendship Day with a colourful Rainbow Party! The children enjoyed making friendship bracelets, sharing delicious rainbow-themed party food and having lots of fun with a piñata. We finished the celebrations with a dance party, where everyone danced, laughed and celebrated friendship together. It was a wonderful day filled with colour, creativity and connection.

Looking Ahead: National Science Week

Next week is National Science Week, and we’re putting the children in the driver’s seat! We’ll be asking our TeamKids scientists to share their ideas and suggestions for fun science activities and experiments they would like to try.
