Welcome and Wominjeka!

To all the students I have finished a semester with, I’m a little sad to lose you to STEM. I am, however, happy to have the rest of you join me in the art room every week until the end of the year. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to teach all of you over the course of 2026. 

My artists begin the semester by designing a folder for their work, with the things that they love. Art is all about self, and we revisit this idea at the beginning. Here are some examples of Prep folders, designed using permanent markers responsibly for the first time.
