A Note from the Principal
Mr Ross Jardine
As we near the end of Term 2, I want to take a moment to reflect on the fantastic energy, effort and excellence our students and staff have brought to the past Term.
From impressive musical achievements, like our Concert Band taking home the Battle of the Bands trophy for the third year running, to standout performances in Agriculture, Volleyball and the Choir, this term has showcased Toogoolawah SHS at its very best. The Instrumental Music Tour, the Toogoolawah Show, sporting success and the meaningful community contributions from our Student Council and Rite Journey volunteers show how learning continues beyond the classroom.
We are also very grateful to the Esk Community Op Shop for their generous donation to our school. Their support helps make camps, excursions and travel costs more affordable for our families, ensuring these valuable learning experiences remain within reach.
Contributions like this truly make a difference, and we thank the Op Shop team for continuing to support our school and our students.
As you read through this final newsletter for the Term, I hope you’ll take as much pride as I do in the stories shared.
Thank you to our families, staff and community partners for another strong Term of learning and support.
Let’s finish the term well!
All the best,
Ross Jardine
