3/4B

Mr Brendan and Ms Ashleigh

This past fortnight...

3/4B have been hard at work writing procedural texts and giving our peers constructive feedback. We also finished our Amazon Rainforest Animal "Who Am I?" projects, and our Year 4 Eucharist candidates finalised their Eucharist preparations. This week, we researched and planned our Water Cycle models and finished our class novel, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Learning Showcase - Friday 27th June

We warmly invite all families to join us next Friday, 27th June, for our Semester 1 Showcase! Come and celebrate the fantastic learning and achievements of our students.

The Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 classes will have their work on display, and students will be available to talk about what they’ve created and learned.

📅 Date: Friday 27th June

🕑 Time: From 2:00pm (after lunch)

📍 Location: Middle and Senior School Classrooms

We encourage everyone to explore the work on display from both our middle and senior school students, regardless of which year levels your children are in. We look forward to seeing you there!

First Communion

Last Sunday, we gathered at St Francis Xavier Church to celebrate the First Communion for Dwayne, Harley, Xaivier, Nicholas, Maddie, Sam and Everard. It was a beautiful celebration for the children and their families. The children read superbly and answered all of Father Chinua's probing questions. Thank you to Dwayne and his Dad who took up the Offertory gifts.

Class Mass

Both Year 3/4 classes will celebrate Mass at St Francis Xavier Church on Thursday 26th June. We welcome all Parents, Guardians and Grandparents to come along and pray with us. The theme for our Mass will be Creation, which links to our current unit on Sustainability. Mass begins at 9:15am. We hope to see you there!

Kind regards,

Mr Brendan, Ms Ashleigh and Ms Sue.
