Eastern Region Cross Country
Having already run this course as grade 4's, Charlie H, Max S and Max B qualified again this year for the Regional Cross Country event. This year instead of running 2km as 10 year olds, our 11 year old trio ran the 3km horse-racing track with mud, pot holes and hills at the Yarra Valley Race-course. All three of our athletes did a sensational effort on this tough course, which is one level before the State Championships.
Congratulations to Charlie H who placed 57th out of 93 and set a new PB!
Congratulations to Max S who placed 13th out of 92 runners, just one place shy of state championship selection.
Congratulations to Max B who placed 34th out of 92 runners.
We are SO proud of all our athletes and their terrific determination and support of each other. Well done for representing BPS so beautifully!
Congratulations to all our BPS netball players and coaches. You have had an awesome season and we appreciate the way you represent our school at both Monday and Saturday competitions. Well done to our four netball teams who made semi finals and to our BPS Krakens team who won their grand final on Saturday 17-13!!!
