SRC - Relay for Life

On Saturday 22 March, Nossal High School took part in the 2025 Hawthorn Boroondara Relay for Life, alongside Melbourne High School, Mac. Robertson Girls' High School and Suzanne Cory High School. 

Our team successfully raised $631 for the Cancer Council and research, supporting those impacted by cancer. Together, we completed around 350 laps of the Auburn High School oval, with Richard Jiang and Shlok Deshpande both running an incredible 100 laps each. 

Relay For Life served as a meaningful opportunity to connect amongst the selective schools and with the greater community, whilst contributing to an important cause. A highlight of the event was the new open-mic karaoke, where students went onstage to perform and showcase their enthusiasm. 

Overall, the event proved to be an inspiring and memorable experience and was an unforgettable time for everyone involved, with a shared determination for a better future. We look forward to an even more exciting Relay For Life in 2026!
