Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations

Families are reminded that a full term's written notice is required to avoid fees for student withdrawal from the College or a change from Boarder to Day Student status.

Notice must be provided in writing to the Principal via email to principal@clayfield.qld.edu.au and enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au. Failure to provide the required notice may result in fees being charged.

Please refer to the applicable Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations for more information on the required notice period. Parents/caregivers are reminded to review our College Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations on a regular basis.

A New Partnership - Edstart 

Clayfield College is excited to announce a new partnership with Edstart. In an initiative aimed at delivering our community improved efficiency, flexibility and support, Edstart will provide our families with a simple to use payment platform to manage school fee payments with greater autonomy at no additional cost.

The opening of an Edstart account supersedes the College's existing internal payment plan process and will therefore become the default payment platform for all families, with the exception of those:

• Electing to pay yearly in advance
• Enrolled on overseas student visas, or 
• Otherwise advised or approved by the College to remain on existing payment arrangements due to special circumstance.

The rollout of Edstart Plus will commence progressively across Term 4, in preparation for full implementation for 2027.

Over the coming weeks, eligible families will receive further information about the creation up their Edstart account, the payment options available and how the platform will work. The target date for the opening of accounts in preparation for Term 1 2027, will be 11 December 2026.

When entering the College from Bayview Terrace, please enter via the designated 'Let your Light Shine' pedestrian walkway (Gate 6). This is also the entry point to access the College Pool and Tennis Courts.
