Alice Food Fest - a wonderful success

It was a cold, cold night, but everyone stayed warm with the delicious food and warm drinks that were on offer by the variety of local food vendors and our very own Rivergum Cafe.

Over 1500 people came and sampled the food and market stalls and were entertained by some of our current and past student musicians.

Thank you to all the vendors who came down and made the night a success - we love seeing new and past vendors come back to the College for this wonderful event. 

There was something to satisfy every craving with Indonesian, Japanese, Thai, German and Indian cuisines, and lots of tasty goodies such as donuts, ice cream, popcorn and more. 

The night provided lots of entertainment for our younger visitors who could go on the jumping castle and get their face painted. 

Well done to our Year 12 students who also ran a BBQ fundraiser on the night. 

There are so many people we wish to thank who helped the night to run smoothly. Without our volunteers, events like this just don't happen. From our set up and pack down crews, supervising staff, the team in the Rivergum Cafe, and our musicians. 

We'd also like to give a big shout out to our Maintenance team who did a tremendous job getting the event ready on the day to welcome everyone.
