Fundraising at SHPS!
Hi Everyone,
On behalf of the fundraising team, we would like to thank everyone who participated in our fundraising efforts over the last 2 weeks.
Our Zooper Dooper day was a great success, and we managed to raise $302.15c on the day. Thank to you everyone who volunteered to help out for the Zooper Dooper event.
Next up we had our Mother’s Day raffle. We sold tickets for 2 weeks into the lead up of the Mothers/Special Person’s Day. We raised $1519.00
The winners received their prize at the Mother’s Day/Special Person’s Day morning tea or were collected from school.
We would also like to thank all the local businesses who donated prizes to the raffle. These were:

We would also like to give a shout out to everyone who volunteered their time to help sell raffle tickets in the 2 weeks leading up to the Mothers and Special Person’s Day. A special shout out goes to Victoria Khroundina for creating the PowerPoint slide show with the winner’s names and businesses on it. The winners of the prizes were:
Small batch of flowers from Fat Boy Blooms; Howard Cairns, Rose in 2A, Dhriti in 4A, Yen Trinh (parent of Yennifer Trinh in 5B) and Sean/Amy Moriarty who kindly passed their flowers onto Vicky P in the office.The winners of the Candles by Shellz Creations were; Desi, Gareth (parent of Stella – 1B and Roma in Prep), Tess Gunn and SelNext up we had the selection of books donated by Penguin House books that were won by Kent (parent of Mei in Prep).The She Just Did It vouchers were won by Sarah D and River in Prep AThe Whispa Wellness pilates classes was won by Sarah GThe Jenny Lam Hair and Nails voucher was won by Brenda Sully (parent of Konnor in 1B)The Sunshine Social voucher was won by Maggie DThe Fuwa Jewellery Voucher was also won by Kent The Mitko Deli voucher was won by Henry in 6BThe Clover Flowers voucher was won by MilicaThe mini family photoshoot by Studio Luce Photography was won by Matt Gee And lastly the Big 4 Wye River prize was won by Mrs Rose Krjacic (teacher of 2A)
To date we’ve currently raised $19,983.48c with all our fundraising activities so far – trivia night, colour run, zooper dooper sale day and Mother’s/Special Person’s Day raffle.
