Help Us Spread the Word: Join Our Growing Music Team at Bayside Christian College!
We are seeking the help of our school community to find a passionate and experienced Drum Teacher to join our instrumental music program. If you know a professional drum educator who would thrive in our supportive school environment, please share this opportunity with them.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an independent drum teacher to run their own private teaching business directly from our campus. As a contracted partner, you will manage your own operations while collaborating with our dedicated team of instrumental teachers to help build and support our rapidly growing music program. We are looking for the right person to start as soon as possible.
Why Partner With Us?
- Established Student Base: Connect immediately with a large community of motivated, eager-to-learn students.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a supportive team of professional music educators.
- Excellent Facilities: Teach in our modern, dedicated rehearsal spaces.
- Business Autonomy: Maintain complete control over your own scheduling, billing, and teaching practice.
What You Need
- Proven Experience: A strong track record of teaching drums to school-aged children of various skill levels from primary through to secondary.
- Qualifications: Relevant music qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
Compliance: A current Working With Children Check (WWCC), an active ABN, and public liability insurance.
How to Apply
We would love to welcome a new educator to our team as soon as possible. Applications will be reviewed as they arrive. Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume directly to our Human Resources Department Mr. David Owens at david.owens@baysidecc.vic.edu.au. If you require more information you can contact the Music Administration and Ensemble Coordinator Elizabeth Mallen at elizabeth.mallen@baysidecc.vic.edu.au.
