DOCUMENTATION
- DOCUMENTATION - It is of utmost importance that our school is provided with up to date information. Documentation that is required has been sent to the relevant families, most recently via email. Please complete and return to the Health Centre as soon as possible.
MEDICATION
- MEDICATION - Occasionally, students require medication while they are at school. In order to administer medication to students a Medication Authority form needs to be completed with a parent’s signature. Medications are to be provided to the school in original packaging with pharmacy labels intact. Tablet sleeves need to have the full name of the medication and expiry date intact.
AMBULANCE COVER
- AMBULANCE COVER - A reminder, in the event of an emergency, either by accident / injury or illness, the college will call an ambulance. Please ensure your child is covered by ambulance cover if you do not have a Health Care Card. The costs incurred for an ambulance will be the responsibility of the respective parents/guardians.
Hay Fever!!
Does spring & summer cause hay fever?
Hay fever signs and symptoms may occur year-round or may start or worsen at a particular time of year (seasonal). Hay fever triggers for students can include: Tree pollen, which is common in early spring and grass pollen, which is more common in late spring and summer.
Please be mindful if your child suffers with Hayfever to consider giving an antihistamine in the morning prior to attending school and/or completing a Medication Authority Form and supplying the Health Centre with antihistamines for your child should they require it during the school day.
