Principal Report

Over the past few weeks, our school community has enjoyed a wide range of enriching and successful activities, highlighting the outstanding involvement and achievements of our students and staff.
Our Athletics Day was an amazing success. We were fortunate to have excellent weather and enthusiastic student participation across all year levels. It was wonderful to see so many students demonstrating teamwork, resilience, and school spirit throughout the day.
We were also proud to participate in the Anzac Day March, with current and past music students and staff representing the school with great pride and respect. Their contribution was warmly received by the community and reflected the strong traditions of our music program.
The Annual Leonie McGinley Music Festival once again showcased the incredible talent and dedication of our music students, providing memorable performances and opportunities for students to further develop their skills and confidence.
Our Year 10 students recently completed their Work Experience placements, gaining valuable insights into future career pathways and workplace expectations. We thank our local businesses and community partners for supporting this important program.
Students have also enjoyed a range of camps and outdoor experiences, including the Outdoor Education hike to Mount Baw Baw and the highly successful Year 8 Camp Rumbug. These experiences provide valuable opportunities for personal growth, teamwork, and resilience.
Congratulations also to our students for their continued success across the range of sporting opportunities as part of the Cardinia Division.
Finally, thank you to the families who attended Parent-Teacher Interviews. These conversations provide an important opportunity for feedback, reflection, and continued partnership in supporting student learning.
