WELCOME

Over the past few week's St Joseph's School have welcomed some new students. We welcomed Kyle Cavanough to Stage 2 from Coraki and Mia Sak to Stage 3 from St Joseph's Tamworth. We hope their time here is enjoyable.

FAREWELL

Sadly at the end of last week the school farewelled Harleen Kaur. Harleen and her family have moved to Brisbane. We wish them good luck in the future and we will miss Harleen.

CONDOLENCES

Our thoughts and prayers are with Macie, Ayla and Halee Watson and their family after the sad loss of their great grandmother this week.

SCHOOL ZONES

A reminder to all our parents ahead of the break at the end of Term 3 that school zones remain in place for the safety of our children and families.

School zones operate on all gazetted schools days, which are all days the school is open, even pupil free days.

School zones for our school will end at 4pm on Friday 22nd September and resume on Monday 9th October at 8am.

TERM PLANNER

After the Key Dates page of the newsletter is the term planner for Term 4. At present it is up to date with events happening in Term 4 but is subject to change. We will endeavour to keep you updated with new events or change of events as soon as we know. Thank you for your understanding.

SUPERVISION

You are reminded that supervision at school does not start until 8:40 am and concludes at 3:40 pm. Students are not to be on school grounds outside of these times.

Bell times each day are:

9.00am Start classes

11.10am First Break / lunch

12noon Recommence classes

2.00pm Second Break

2.30pm Recommence classes

3.20pm Dismissal

UP TO DATE CONTACT INFORMATION

It is very important that the school has up to date contact information for each child. If we do not have the correct information at the school it is difficult for us to contact you if need be. If your details change during the year please contact the school as soon as possible or update your information on your Compass app.

UNIFORMS

Just a reminder that the uniform phase in period will end on Monday 23rd October when all students will be required to wear full summer uniform.

If you have a problem with your child wearing the uniform please contact the office as soon as possible to discuss the matter further.
