Availability on Thursday’s
We have no availability in the After School Care Program on Thursday’s. To assist other families on the waiting list, to obtain a casual booking please ensure you cancel your After School Care booking.
Cancellation
In accordance with your child’s Out of School Hours enrolment, you are required to cancel your child’s booking. If you cancel before 9.00am on the day of your booking, you will not be charged a cancellation fee & you will assist another family with a booking.

The following fees apply to After School Care Cancellations

| Cancellation before 9.00am on the day care is required. | No Charge |
| Cancellation on the day care is required, due to the child being sent home from school sick | No Charge If the program is informed before 3.00pm |
Winter School Holiday Program
The Winter School Holiday Program is available on Compass.
Holiday Program Bookings for Casual Families close 15th June.
Families who don’t attend the Before & After School Care on permanent basis must pay in advance for school holiday bookings. Submit your, booking form to the program or school office by Thursday 15th June.

If you are new to the program please update your children’s enrolment with Ormond Primary, Out of School Hours Program on the myGov app or website to ensure you receive your Child Care Subsidy.
