Thanks in advance for your support in raising much- needed funds for PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT for our school!

Calling All Crafty Students/Families

We are after some lovely homemade craft items to sell at our 'Homemade Craft' stall. Anything from cards, bookmarks and hair accessories to clothing or jewellery - the sky is the limit and Google has some great ideas!

If craft is not your thing, perhaps you have some crafty relatives/friends/neighbours (or anyone else!) that could help us out? All items will be gratefully received - no minimum quantity!

Are you free on a Friday or Monday?

Later in the year the Fete Committee will be calling for donations from the school community in order to keep our costs down. We are looking for someone who is available on a Friday afternoon or Monday morning (during November & February) to come on board as our ‘Grade Donations Coordinator’ to:

• Put ‘Grade donation boxes’ and posters in each classroom.
• Collect and count the items for each class at the end of each week (other parents can help if required!).
• Issue the weekly prize to the winning class!

'Anytime' Donations

Thank you to all of the families who have been bringing in their unwanted items! The following items can be brought in at any time and left on the donations table set up just outside the staffroom in the main building.

• Books and magazines
• Toys (NO McDonald’s toys please)
• Clothing and accessories
• Small ‘Trash n Treasure’ (there will be separate calls for large items)
• Electronic games and DVDs

Please note that all second-hand items must be clean, saleable and in good working order! Damaged/dirty items only make more work for our volunteers and do not sell! Thank you in advance for your generous donations!

Please note that any leftover items will be given to an appropriate charity.
