Boarding School News

Mrs. Kathryn Searle - Head of Boarding

This week we have had 30 boarders in-house for remote learning who have all been dedicated and committed to their studies online.

We are looking forward to welcoming back all boarders this weekend ready for face-to-face schooling on Monday.  A reminder that your daughter should be ‘school ready’ as per the Uniform Policy for Monday when returning to boarding.  This means no fake tans, fake eyelashes, or acrylic nails; hair is to be one natural colour and she is to have one sleeper or stud only in her ear lobes.

The below COVID-19 Management Strategy has been prepared to inform you of the directives in place for our Boarding House from Monday 24 January.

We will be providing in-house activities only over the weekend to continue to keep our students safe.  There will be a visit to the park and a shopping trip to attend to essential supplies only.

Please contact your daughter’s Head of Year Boarding Supervisor for any assistance.  The supervisors can be contacted by phoning 3262 0221 or their below direct email address:

Over the holiday break, Lochie has graduated from Puppy School.  I am happy to advise he is now running free and safely around the Boarding House and seems to be reacting positively to most commands!

Please continue to contact me if you have any queries or concerns with the safe return of your daughter to boarding for 2022.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
