Athletics Day 2022

What a fun day! Great to see the students competing in all the events both track and field, it’s been 2 years since we have been able to hold athletics. So Years 7, 8 & 9 students had their first secondary school experience of athletics. The Year 12s set the bar very high with their commitment to their costumes for the day. In a very close finish Jeffreys was the winning house yet again.

Thank you to all the staff and students for making the day a huge success; winning students will move onto district level which will be held in September. A quick note about district selection, the winner of each event goes on to represent the school. The relay teams are created using the 4 fastest 100m runners.
