Easter Cakes from Year 9 Patisserie

Our Year 9 Patisserie class made stunning Easter Cakes as part of their end of term assessments. The students followed key elements of a design brief, including research and evaluation, to create their very own exquisite product. The skills demonstrated were absolutely outstanding.
