Help send Alma Goldberg to the London International Youth Science Forum 

“Recently, I’ve been chosen to represent Australia in the ‘London International Youth Science Forum’ (LIYSF) this coming July! I feel incredibly honoured to have been chosen to attend such a prestigious program along with 30 other incredible Australian students. In addition to these Australian students, 500 students from all over the world, of whom also aspire to become future science leaders, will be attending this spectacular program. This program will grant me the opportunity and skill set required to pursue the thing I’m most passionate about- working in collaboration with people from a range of cultures and backgrounds in order to find solutions to improving our world through science. This program not only gives me an incredible opportunity to create relationships on an international scale, but also to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary in order to help humanity as a whole, and contribute to the future of science. During the course of the program we’ll receive a chance to participate in fascinating STEM visits, visit amazing universities such as Oxford and Cambridge as well as attend captivating lectures.

In order to attend this amazing program, I need to raise $7,100 to cover expenses such as accommodation, food, events at the forum and more. It would mean the absolute world to me if you could help me achieve my dream by donating- even the smallest of amounts can help and are greatly appreciated. RCD - Games of Brains: Please participate!

We would like to encourage all of our college community to complete an online trivia game that is raising funds for the RCD foundation and Go Grey in May.

  • Select ‘raise money towards team total’
  • Select Brighton Secondary college
  • Play the game: it is a trivia game where you can make 3 mistakes then it is over.
  • When you finish you will need to enter your email address before the funds will be donated.
  • You can play again, up to 5 times. It does not matter how many questions you get correct or wrong. Each time you play $2 is raised.

You are also welcome to get your family and friends to play as well. Every $$$$ counts.
