Reports will be released on SEQTA on Friday afternoon.

Thank You and Farewell

As we approach the end of the year, I would like to wish all families a very Merry Christmas and a safe, restful and joy-filled holiday season. This is always a special time for our community; an opportunity to pause, reconnect with loved ones, and celebrate the many blessings we have shared throughout the year.

I also wish to share with you that Mr Meynell will be returning to the role of Head of Senior School in 2026. With his his passion for student learning and wellbeing, I know he will continue to lead the Senior School with care as we move into an exciting new phase of our journey.

I will be concluding my time at the College at the end of the year. It has been an honour to serve in the role across the past three terms, and I am deeply grateful for the support, trust and warmth shown by parents, students and staff throughout this period. Your partnership has meant a great deal to me, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside our young people as they grow in confidence and character.

There is so much for the community to look forward to as we enter 2026. Next year, the College’s tenth year, will bring many “firsts” for our senior students, including the Year 12 Ball, the first set of leavers’ jackets, and the many traditions that will become part of the fabric of Salvado Catholic College for years to come. It is a truly exciting time, and I am proud to have played a very small part in laying the foundations for what lies ahead.

Thank you once again for the privilege of walking alongside you and your children. I wish each of you a peaceful Christmas, a wonderful holiday break and every blessing for the year ahead.

Warm regards,

Mr Jonathan Hunt

Head of Senior School (Year 10 and Year 11)
