Wow—I cannot believe how fast this year has flown by in the library. It feels like I was only just shelving February’s new books yesterday! 

📚✨🌟 YEAR-IN-REVIEW: A BRIGHT YEAR IN OUR SCHOOL LIBRARY!  🌟✨📚

What an exciting year it’s been in the library! From new books to creative projects to big student smiles, the hub has been buzzing with energy, curiosity, and imagination.

Lexile Readers

Students checked out books in every genre - from mysteries to graphic novels to fantasy adventures.

Book Fair 

Thanks again to the enthusiasm of our students, families, and staff. Book Fair funds go directly toward new books and resources for our school library, which keeps our collection fresh, exciting, and full of stories students love! On top of that, thank you again to everyone who donated dog and cat food during the Book Fair. Your generosity supported Homelessness We Care Serpentine Jarrahdale, that helped people experiencing homelessness care for their pets. 📚💛🐾

A welcoming hangout spot 

Students came to the hub to read, work on homework, play board games, and enjoy a quiet break during busy school days.

A huge thank-you to all the students, teachers, and staff who made the library such a lively and positive place this year. Your curiosity, kindness, and love of learning helped the hub to shine! 

Thank you to all parents for supporting the hub! Your encouragement at home, helping your children read, returning books on time, and staying in touch with me makes a huge difference. I truly appreciate your partnership in helping our young readers grow!

🔮 LOOKING AHEAD TO NEXT YEAR

I am already excited for what’s coming next - new books, new activities, and even more ways to explore, imagine, and create together. Stay tuned for next year’s new additions in the Kaadadjiny Hub. 

📚 Library Reminder

All library books are now due overdue. Please return any outstanding items by 18th December 2025 at the front office. Books not returned by this date may require a replacement charge. Thank you for helping us keep our library collection complete for everyone!
