Tennis Lessons at FPS
Tennis lessons will be held on Thursday mornings before school at FPS. The term two program commences Thursday 30 April, from 8:15 – 8:45am.
Enrolment forms can be collected at the office or downloaded below.
Parkside Netball Club - NetSetGo Program
NetSetGo is an introductory netball program for all children, aged 5 – 10 years, with a focus on basic skills and having fun.
- When: Fridays 3:45 – 4.30pm, in term two (1 May – 26 June)
- Where: Fairfield Primary School, on the blue sports court
- Cost: $99, includes a t-shirt, fidget spinner and size 4 netball
- Register via Netball Connect. For new members you’ll need to create an account with Netball Connect to register your player.

Free Government Funded Autism Workshop
Positive Partnerships are running a workshop for parents/carers. This workshop is for parents, unpaid carers, grandparents and kinship carers to learn about autism and ways to strengthen the partnership between home and school. (Please note: your child does not need a formal diagnosis for you to attend).
- Dates: Tuesday 19th & Wednesday 20th May, 2026
- Time: 9.30am – 2.30pm each day

Paw Pals Appeal
You may have noticed the billboard on Wingrove Street in front of the gym. MacKillop Family Services runs a Paw Pals program, which focuses on building student engagement and confidence through animal assisted educational-based activities and individualised learning sessions. Their fundraiser (from 1 – 30 April) is going towards:
- Training even more Paw Pals to give a young person the confidence and skills they need to come back to school.
- Expanding Paw Pals to schools in regional areas such as Gippsland.
- Spreading furry love to help a young person develop emotional regulation skills and change their life.
Razzamatazz Variety Shows
Immune Deficiencies Foundation Australia (IDFA) hosts a free event to provide an accessible live theatre experience to children and young people who might require a more flexible and inclusive environment when going to the theatre.
