2026 Tuition Fees

Please note the College is unable to accept the following methods of payment:
- EFT
- Card payments over the phone.
Thank you for your contributions and adapting to the new system approach with the payment of fees at the College.
School Fees Update & Reminders:
Instalment #4 was due last week
A quick reminder that Instalment #4 was due Thursday, 21 May, 2026. A big thank you to all of our families who have already paid their accounts and currently hold a zero balance. We appreciate your prompt payments.
BPay Scheduled Payments:
If you have set up a recurring or scheduled BPay payment for the 2026 school fees, please remember to stop it once your final instalment is paid. You will need to manually recommence your scheduled payments in February 2027 for the 2027 school fees.
If you are paying weekly or fortnightly, ensure that that amount paid is going to cover your monthly payment that is due on the 21st of each month (February to November) - refer to your statement for your instalment amount.
Check Your Monthly Statements (Ad Hoc Charges):
Please keep an eye on the statement emailed to you each month. It is important to check for any ad hoc charges (such as specific fees, excursions, incursions, sports events or device damage charges).
Please note: These ad hoc charges are not included in your regular instalment amounts, so please check your emails and statements regularly to ensure these are paid.
Auto SMS Reminders for overdue accounts:
To support timely payments and help families track their obligations, automated SMS reminders have been implemented. These notifications are issued to any account holders who have missed a scheduled instalment deadline.
Did You Know?:
You don’t have to wait for your monthly email statement to check your account! You can view your live balance and full transaction history anytime in Compass.
How to check your history:
- Log into Compass and go to the Payment Centre.
- Click on 'Click here for more information'.
- Select the 'History' tab to view all transactions and payments on your account.
