School Council

School Council comprises of DET employees, parent members and coopted community members.

• DET employees include Monique Corcoran, Jodi Price, Sheree Bretel and Paula Fleming
• Parent members include Aden Hogan (President), Emma Thompson (Vice President), Adele Chen (Treasurer), Jodie Hewson and Aftab Hussain 
• Community members include Geraldine Oborne and Leanne McDonald

School Council met Tuesday 23rd May 2026 (Annual General Meeting).  Below are the main points of discusion:

• Official tabling of the 2025 Annual Report 
• Student leader presentation by House and the PE captains.  Alice M., Hunter F., Charlotte L., Angaj S., Joanne N., Dhiya R.
• Principal report focusing on proposed School Profile updates and communication to the school community
• Learning and Wellbeing Report focusing on how we are building consistent classroom teaching practices based on the VTLM 2.0 and knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
• Policy Report focusing on updated guidance on the Child Safe PROTECT obligations
• Finance Report focusing on recent Asset management procedures
• Facilities Report focusing on installation of solar panels and future CCTV works
